"I Don't Have Time"
One of the most overused and uninspiring statements in the history of, EVER.
Listen, I ordered "more time" from Amazon years ago...it still hasn't arrived.
If you're telling yourself you don't have enough time, I'm telling you, you're not MANAGING your time.
What you are doing is being a time violator.
You're not following a schedule. You're not doing what you say you will. You're not prioritizing.
First, in order to have more time, you need to create it.
Second, stop doing things that suck your time.
"I just HAD to get that gift for the kid's teacher". "But my friend NEEDED a ride to the airport". "The laundry HAD to be done today". "I NEEDED to color coordinate my closet".
All lovely, thoughtful things....maybe not NECESSARY.
Especially if they are not getting you the results you want in life.
They are excuses and diversions that take you away from constraining your energy and focusing on the things that TRULY matter to achieve your goals....personally & professionally.
The good news, I know how to get you more time.
And the first step is to attend my Chaos to Calm training on February 19th @ 10:00 am.
And yes, you'll have to MAKE time to show up, listen, take notes and implement.
It'll be worth it - promise.
Love, Coach Rachel Chaos Coordinator
